Bowling Fun

Finally, once-in-A-year bowling game! :)
It was actually not bad;I had a high 144 this time.  This could be the best score in the past three years! WOOOHOO!
 
anyway, rookie rookie....:)
 
Sad news was, we were caught in the NASCAR traffic in town. It literally took us 1:30 to get home, that was 2am in the freaking Sunday morning!
U2....Thanks for yours song that let me sing(yell) loud. :)

What a Diet...Atkins Diet.

I started Atkins from this week and the result is amazing. I feel losing weight blazingly. It just amazed me that how a diet could be effective to help me build a better looking body. Though it is a little bit though on the first two days, it is actually not bad after. I could eat whatever meat I want, god I love meat, and as many eggs as I need :) Food could not be better. and you LOSE weight...wow Sounds crazy but I think I will give it a try for at least 2 weeks and see how things goes. Hope by then I could get a better shape. X.W

Dragon Boat Committee

WOW>..< I will in charge of coordinating the Dragon Boat Event...which is... fun?
Yes, it should be fun. I mean, alas this is a very collaborative teamwork. And it is even better because it is on water!....wooohooo WATER in the SUMMER means FUN!
 
I strongly hope we could go to North Myrtle Beach again this year, sometime in JUNE? Maybe...it is fun. !
 
BTW... start Atkins Diet for 3 days... fun fun.

CHHelga have back to Germany for almost a month and we lost contact...damn it, I knew it's coming... I will try to call them later this month, not in German though, but to see how they are doing there. 
 
DJ has made great progress in MS...oops...researcher DJ?:P
 
Well, I am enjoying sunny sunshine in Charlotte...well, not always, tornado are scary...  
 
Don't feel like to write much today, need to run downstairs to show a demo to ppls. sigh.
